Book Inspires High School Students to Implement a Diet of Traditional Foods for Increased Wellness
UncategorizedIgiugig High School students get interested in the health benefits of eating culturally traditional foods. For six weeks, about 100 students committed to eating only traditional foods that were locally raised and oatmeal. The students tracked their results as they went and are currently being collected, which are showing positive outcomes so far.
