COVID-19 Information

Save a trip and choose your local community clinic! C’eyiits’ Hwnax Life House Community Health Center offers COVID-19 testing. To get tested you must be registered as a patient. Call the clinic at (907) 631-7665 to establish care. Medical care is available to all members of the community.

If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your health care provider for medical advice.

If you do not have a health care provider, all members of the community are welcome to register as a patient at Life House CHC. Registration is easy, call today to establish medical care!

Igiugig High School students get interested in the health benefits of eating culturally traditional foods. For six weeks, about 100 students committed to eating only traditional foods that were locally raised and oatmeal. The students tracked their results as they went and are currently being collected, which are showing positive outcomes so far.
